This is the second time I’ve ordered a PB mocha through the app, and they made me a regular PB smoothie with no coffee or chocolate? I’m paying a lot extra for the coffee and not sure why I’m not getting it?

Got a strawberry banana smoothie and it did not taste good. Maybe the fruit was bad.

I'm guessing someone new was hired. If so, they REALLY need more training before they're allowed to do anything with food. I was just given the most disgusting smoothie of my life. I ordered a peanut butter mocha with an almond butter substitute, which I'd had several times before. What I was given was straight-up overpowering almond butter with absolutely nothing else and so strong that I gagged after a single sip. Bluntly, to anyone reading this, reconsider going here, because it is aggressively not worth it at this point.

Wonderful place. Great products, great staff, prompt service. Their smoothies did more for my wife to recover from the flu and dehydration than our health care system. They just need shades because the winter morning sun fills the whole store.
I loved my smoothie! It was really nice to be able to place an order in advance through the app too.

Usually have such a good experience, but this order one smoothie was frozen and the other two were watery and not very cold.

here. usually i get an acai bowl but today i tried the strawberry smoothie and i loved it; a big thing too were the option for free blueberries

I only come here because the smoothie bowls are good, the staff not so much. Never have a good customer service experience there. Just get my bowl and go.
