I love Nekter. However the last 2 times I’ve been there, my 32 Greenie with no ice was half full. Other half foam and pulpy. Not sure what’s going on but I’m not sure if I’ll go back. This is the second time in a week this has happened. I pay almost 13.00 for a juice and not getting my value. Again I love Nekter over any other juice places. But somethings changed. Hopefully it will improve.

I was very confused, disappointed conduct & attitude of the employees during last nights shift. Our pick up was scheduled for 6pm and when we arrived at 6pm the doors were locked & the workers motioned to my husband that our bag was on the table outside (totally fine, it was ready for us). When he returned with the bag I looked for spoons&there were none so I quickly checked my order to make sure I didn’t mark “no spoon” (which I hadn’t). He quickly ran back to the door and knocked for spoons (we were eating dinner on the go). The employees refused to acknowledge him (they had just saw him minutes before). Is there a no open door policy after close? In that case, I understand, but the ignoring and avoiding was extremely odd . I told him I would run to the neighboring Starbucks to get spoons & as I was running past Nektar I saw the employees standing there- thinking they might not have heard him, I knocked. One of the girls begrudgingly came to the door, opened it, and said nothing. I told her I’m sorry we didn’t have spoons and asked to grab some. She said nothing again and had a very bizarre attitude towards this? The attitude was very rude and extremely uncomfortable.

I go to Nekter a lot, always great service and yummy menu items. This last time was a bit disappointing, as I ordered and paid for extra granola and berries on the bowls I ordered on the app and unfortunately got neither
