I ordered three bowls each had something different but the bowls were not labeled so I didn’t know what was what. Frustrating.

My bowl was great, my drink had too much ice but still good! Service was neutral, 2 workers passed by me while i was waiting but the 3rd worker helped me. I preordered which was great and easy to do online.

The staff isn't very friendly. Mostly teenager/ young adults that would benefit from training for good customer service. Start with greeting customers with a smile; "How may I help you today?"
