I love the bowls and smoothies. The last few times I’ve been in though, they’ve been a bit runny or over mixed. I think maybe it’s mixing too long, new ingredients, or new staff just not sure how to get the right consistency. The flavor is still good though. Also, I wish you’d bring back the dairy free ice cream. It was so good!

I always order the Green Apple Detox with extra lemon, and lately pineapple. I picked up my order and I don't know what they gave me but it wasn't my normal drink. It was waaaay lighter in color and not the same taste. I was in a hurry so I took it to go but was not very satisfied.

I am a frequent customer-I have an acai berry bowl once or twice a week. Just my opinion, but for this survey to be relevant I think you should ask a question about food quality. I usually order on the app and sometimes the contents are sloppy, other times good. There is also an inconsistency in volume - usually when they are dividing between two servings.
I love the berry bowl, but since I am a pumpkin lover I tried the pumpkin almond bowl this week and it was horrible.. expensive waste of money.
Overall, I am a satisfied customer.

todays shake was terrible. my normal shake, tasted like no peanut butter no dates or extra agave. Got home before I tasted it and realized it was not made per my reoccurring order

I emailed your company a ticket to resolve # 12486. I have not received a response. The customer service in your stores is a 10/10 however there is no actual person to speak to if you have an issue with the app. The speed of service in the store is a 10/10 but not on the speed of email response. I will continue to get my Nekter because your awesome staff makes the most delicious and amazing juice I've ever had! I have and will continue to recommend Nekter to all my friends and suggest downloading the app but I will let them know if they have an issue then good luck. At least we will never be disappointed with the quality and taste of your product! Still love Nekter!
