I asked for no agave and my smoothie did have agave and was too sweet for me so I was disappointed. I did not have time to go back in so kept it as-is. I usually do not have this issue but it has happened the last two visits.

I order ahead when I’m rushed and that leaves no time to fix order mistakes.
Mobile orders are not convenient if no employees are looking at incoming mobile orders.
It’s getting close to “ why bother”.
Seems further training is in order.

I received the wrong bowl. I ordered the immunity bowl and they gave me the dragon fruit bowl. Which is okay, it is still a wonderful bowl and tastes amazing!

When I come in it can be difficult sometimes to get someone's attention to pick up my order. This has happened multiple times. Just a quick we will be right with you would make all the difference. Back to me and no acknowledgement makes it awkward as a customer.
