Tried a new seasonal smoothie that was excellent

It was just OK this time. I ordered 2 Frankenstein smoothies on the app and when I went to pick them up, they were ready, but they forgot the chocolate drizzle and just poured in chocolate sauce when I mentioned it. It didn't look like the picture, and I don't know if the right chocolate was even used.

My nephew gets a smoothie that is not on the menu and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure it’s done correctly!

It was probably a busy time but I ordered ahead in the app for myself and a co worker. Items were not ready on time and she said her drink wasn’t right, missing lemon? and I didn’t have time to go back.

As usually everything was amazing!

Ordered a bowl, got a smoothie in a cracked cup. Horrible service and poor quality product. Not impressed with the unfriendly staff that didn’t even try to make it right.

I must say my delivery order today was less than satisfactory. It was the wrong color, tasted weird 🤷🏼‍♀️ not sure what happened but I tossed it in the trash.

I love getting smoothies here. My son and I have been sick and we needed a pick me up. I was also very thankful that one of your staff was willing to bring the drinks to my car while my son slept. I didn’t want to wake up my baby and come inside. They were kind and willing to help a Mom out when we were under the weather. Thank you so much!

I picked up an online order on 9/27 at 630. I have covid and called to ask if they could put my order outside the front door for me and the girl there with long dark hair did it for me without hesitation. And was super nice about it. I am so grateful, I felt quite unwell and my Almond bowl was exactly what I needed. Thank you!!
