I love Nekter but I’ve had a few bad experiences here. Yesterday morning I went with a friend to get a smoothie. We got there at 9:45am and were told it would be a few minutes because the blenders needed to be washed. After 30 minutes of waiting for 2 smoothies I had to leave to go to work. I did not get a smoothie or a refund. My friend stayed and had to wait 20 additional minutes before she got her order. There were only 2 orders in front of our and the barista continued to take at least 4 additional orders before starting on the first order. The last few parties behind us were told it would be a 20 - 25 minute wait for their order and ended up waiting over an hour. I used to come here at least once a week but between this experience and 2 other poor experiences with staff being rude I’m unsure if I’ll be returning. I love the açaí bowls, juices, and smoothies here, but the customer service could use a little work.

First-time Experience. I must say, being a person who enjoys a good smoothie from Smoothie King, I really enjoyed Nekter Juice Bar! Very healthy and delicious. Also, the thing lay was very helpful and friendly

I love Nekter and I have for years! When one finally came to Bozeman I was so excited. However this Nekter is incredibly slow to the point where I have stopped going. Last time I went in there the staff didn’t even acknowledge me. One was making a smoothie and one walked into the back. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to order before I walked out because no one had acknowledged me yet. I have also never been able to use my rewards because their system doesn’t seem to work. I am really bummed because bozeman needed a good smoothie, juice and bowl place but this Nekter is not worth it in my opinion.

Zoe and Marie working in there today and my dad ( he's just an old man) ordered something that he didn't quite like. They were so kind to re blend it for him with some things added in . How sweet! For me. I absolutely loved my pink pataya smoothie. Huggee and so yum!!! Great service. Those girls r working hard and still manage to be super courteous. Thanks !

I go here often the staff knows me by name grade after movies to bozeman i work in and everypne says hi Greg! And it's the only place in Bozeman I've found to get the best smoothie but I created a secret one

First time at Nektar! We used the app, and it was so easy to customize my order. My husband tried the Berry and Banana Acai bowl, and I got the Pink Flamingo smoothie. Pricy, but worth it! Quick and friendly service.

delicious and healthy! the staff is super nice and the location is great (perfect to grab a refreshing smoothie after a workout at orange theory). so glad to see this spot open!
