Açaí bowls were perfect, fresh & above average on size. The employees were sooo sweet!

Amazing smoothies and bowls, but they're understaffed and it's a problem. Honestly, they should hire more people - I've watched multiple customers leave because the wait was too long. Especially during weekend mornings, the owner really needs to fix this. The staff member working was incredibly nice but definitely needed help.

The service was fast, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the akai raspberry smoothie bowl was delicious. I will definitely go there again.

I showed up before my pickup time and she just made my order right away - super fast. The person ahead of me had something that caught my eye. She told me what it was and mentioned there was some extra in the blender if I wanted to try it. It was as good as I hoped and really made my day that she went the extra mile. The acai bowls are always spot-on and I found a new post-workout smoothie. Only great experiences here :)

The staff are wonderfully kind and patient, and the smoothie bowls are so customizable and delicious!

Stopped by got a strawberry banana smoothie and it was amazing! Ended up trying their protein power bowl too and honestly, it was super yummy. Definitely coming back to try more of their bowls!

I get my lunch there 2 to 3 times a week. The team always has my app order ready when I get there. They know me by name and and bring me my bowl right away. Great location, great team.

The fruit bowl was awesome! I had the peanut butter chocolate protein shake as well, really good!

Asked for an almond butter bowl, literally no almond butter. Smh.

My brother and I have been in Bozeman our whole lives (20) and (16) years and have never tried this place! We were very curious today and door dashed some açaí bowls. I got the berry bowl and my brother got the dragon fruit bowl! As door dash is finicky they followed every detail per our order, based on what we wanted! As a first experience to this place the açaí bowls are so very refreshing, very delicious and fresh! We will definitely be ordering from this place again! Great work to all, and much appreciation to following details to our expectations!

I love Nekter but I’ve had a few bad experiences here. Yesterday morning I went with a friend to get a smoothie. We got there at 9:45am and were told it would be a few minutes because the blenders needed to be washed. After 30 minutes of waiting for 2 smoothies I had to leave to go to work. I did not get a smoothie or a refund. My friend stayed and had to wait 20 additional minutes before she got her order. There were only 2 orders in front of our and the barista continued to take at least 4 additional orders before starting on the first order. The last few parties behind us were told it would be a 20 - 25 minute wait for their order and ended up waiting over an hour. I used to come here at least once a week but between this experience and 2 other poor experiences with staff being rude I’m unsure if I’ll be returning. I love the açaí bowls, juices, and smoothies here, but the customer service could use a little work.
