It was amazing. Placed my order on the app and it was ready when I walked in the door. Always have amazing customer service when I come in.

Exact same experience as susie. Waited 30 mins, people who ordered after me got their food, I asked for a refund and was explicitly told "we cannot do refunds." Ridiculous, save your time and money and go elsewhere.

We are not making excuses, as our staff simply got overwhelmed and failed to meet our standard for customer service. We hope that you will give us another chance, as we know that we can do better. Girls working were nice but completely in over their heads. Waited almost an hour for 2 acai bowls. Multiple people that ordered after us received their orders first. After 45 minutes when we asked (and were never addressed) one of the gals stated they had a new worker that mixed up all the tickets. We understand things happen but nothing was done to make it right or even acknowledged even after what appeared to be the owner showed up. Won't be returning

I picked up an order that I scheduled ahead and it clearly was made well in advance. Please have orders made for the proper times and not made in advance.

Megan and her staff go above and beyond the expectations! Let alone the fact that it’s 2024 and customer service in 90% of Billings is gone. I couldn’t be more appreciative for them and their approach, this is what a business should be. Thank you isn’t even good enough to describe how you guys do!

The food was great. They did have to remake because they made it wrong. This happend to another person in there too. They remade it quickly though.
