They still never answer the phone. It would be nice to place orders over the phone because half the time when you try and place an online order it says store closed but I know they are open. The owners and team need to be trained better in custom service

Last evening I called your Billings store and the gentleman was extremely helpful & professional. Kudos.
This morning I picked up my juice; it was waiting for me when I arrived. I just wish the person behind the counter thanked me .. for my order or for the tip. I once left a $5 tip just to see if it would generate a reaction. Nothing.
If I stopped tipping, would anything change? I think the staff need to realize that customers like to be appreciated, much as they do.
