I love your juice bar. The thing that needs improvement is the front entrance. It always seems like you guys are closed. When I go to park I ask if you are even open. A brighter entrance with an open sign would be nice ☺️

I recently visited Nekter Juice Bar in Billings on my recent business trip. I stopped for breakfast and had the Popeye Açaí Smoothie. The smoothie was really good. Highly recommended.
The location at Shiloh Crossing has great decor and ambiance make it a nice spot to enjoy a smoothie or açaí bowl.

I love nektar juice bar! I love that i can customize my smoothies and bowls. The service is always great with a smile. The store is always clean and neat. A really great spot!

Overall the best juice bar I’ve visited in Billings, the employees always have a great attitude and the smoothies are amazing.

Only complaint I have is that the last few times I've been there my smoothies have tasted like freezer burn. That part has not been great.

Last evening I called your Billings store and the gentleman was extremely helpful & professional. Kudos.
This morning I picked up my juice; it was waiting for me when I arrived. I just wish the person behind the counter thanked me .. for my order or for the tip. I once left a $5 tip just to see if it would generate a reaction. Nothing.
If I stopped tipping, would anything change? I think the staff need to realize that customers like to be appreciated, much as they do.
