I loved my experience on Tuesday so much that I downloaded the app and came back today, Thursday! Nice customer service - nothing over the top, but helpful. The drinks are amazing!! I have had the Pink Flamingo, Blast, and Greens, plus a ginger shot. Everything was outstanding! The app is easy to use and I sure appreciate being able to earn points. This made me so happy! I deleted my Jamba Juice app and will not return, nor to Robeks. I go to the Chuze gym in Mission Valley and they make smoothies but they are nothing compared to these. I appreciate that the juices are actually juices and fresh fruit! I love that I can customize my drinks, and that there is no extra charge for more ginger. I do admit that the prices are rather high, but I do feel that it is worth it to be healthy. Thanks for asking!

Store was clean, smelled like wonderful juice. I walked in after just place of my order on app. The employee got right on my order and was quick and friendly.

My order was incorrect. I asked for no ginger and there was ginger in my juice.

Drinks were ready and delicious too! I emesis greeted as I walked in and asked if I had a pick up order and then my name. Store was clean and smelled like lovely fresh juice

I was a regular customer with this franchise up until today. I have purchased their cleanses in the past. I also have purchased multiple celery detox cleanses. We purchased the 3 day cleanse on 2/14 and we noticed that one of the milk based juices had expired 2/10 (6 days ago) after I had already drank one and became ill. I went into the Mission Valley store with the other expired items. The manager took my products in the back. After keeping me waiting for about 20 minutes she came out stating that she could not exchange the expired drink (acting like I put it in there myself or something). Her behavior was very unprofessional, she appeared with poor hygiene, and dressed very sloppy with her hair hanging all over the place. This is not good for a food establishment by any means. The manager continued to try to embarrass me in front of customers and her coworkers with her "low class" behavior. On other occasions I have gone into this store and it is poorly managed with dirty countertops, food on the floor, and the restrooms are very dirty like they haven't been cleaned in over a week. This is poor management for a food establishment. Add expired products on top of that...I will never be back. If this business wants to survive they should be careful who they hire as a reflection of their business. All you had to do is replace your expired product with fresh product and you would have retained a great customer. 5 stars for the employees that were working. They were all really nice....maybe one of them can move into the management position!!

I ordered through the app and my juice was in the fridge when I got there. I was greeted as soon as i walked into the door and as I stood in front of pick up area I was greeted again then asked my name for my order. My juice had extra foam on top (which I understand happens, I juice at home) before the Nekter employee handed my drink over she told me that “it had a little too much foam” and she freshened it my juice up for me. That was above and beyond and I am so sorry to say I did not get her name. Always great service and quality product, thank you.
