Juice didn’t taste fresh. Also almost $10 for small juice

Once again, I would not be a frequent customer if Emar did not work there. I mean it. She has good old fashion manners and is light hearted. She knows the juice board incredibly! She greets, smiles, makes eye contact, and ensures I am receiving the correct beverage. She offers up ideas to try new things, too. The drinks have ALL been amazing. Way better than the competitors. Although I have. Nektr just a few miles away, I drive for this one. It is like night and day, the customer service.

I added pineapple to my greenie juice but it didn’t taste like any was added. Very disappointed

This Nekter is outstanding! I think this is due to Emar being such an effervescent person and creating an atmosphere of family. She remembers names, favorites, and any other tidbit. The rest around her are usually upbeat as well and they work so hard! Yesterday I was impressed that each person had a different Nekter shirt on! From the back it was a nice display of colors to represent the place. The juices are outstanding! I love how easy it is to add things to the selection. Smart app!

They take too long to make fresh juices. Took 20 minutes to make mine and I saw them hand out 3 orders to people that ordered after me. The second time I ordered online to save time, they forgot to make one of my drinks so I had to wait AGAIN. No apology at all on either occasions. I love Nekter but this is Not the most welcoming store.

Love Nektar! The app makes it so easy to place my order and any modifications. The staff are always sweet and energetic when I arrive to pick up my order. Since I order ahead on the app, I appreciate that they store my bowl/smoothie/juice in the fridge to keep it cold until I get there. If my budget allowed, I’d come here everyday.

Coming here multiple times in the fall for the pumpkin smoothie! Very refreshing and love the organic pumpkin purée they add. We also love the ginger shot and the various options of fresh juice!

Without a doubt this is the ultimate of juice places in San Diego! This location is the ultimate. The manager (I think) Emar, is so genuinely thoughtful and astute. Her suggestions have all been the ultimate! I drive extra to go to this one and I love all that I have had so far.

Greeted when I walked in the door asked my name and was quickly handed over my juice. Fresh and delicious as always!!!

Hmm. I already filled something out in the app, but once again, this place has been a Godsend for me! I deleted all of my other juice apps and will ONLY go to this site and this company for now on! The customer service is exemplary! I love how genuinely my questions are answered and the suggestions work! The drinks are beyond fabulous! The Pink 🦩 is so delicious! It is my favorite. Then I am actually now hooked on the Buzz. I feel guilty spending so much money on a juice. I feel selfish, like how can I keep spending money on a drink when I should be saving. But now I see it as an investment in my health. I no longer get a coffee at Starbucks or ice cream at Chick fil A. My treat is a juice and ginger shot at Nekter in Mission Valley, even if I do drive about 20 miles to get there!
