I want to be light on the staff because I saw they were fulfilling an order for 30 açaí bowls, but I did place an online order that was supposed to be ready at 1:32. I showed up at 1:40, and they still hadn’t stated making it. I was in a rush, so the fact it was not even started was a huge setback for me. The staff was quick in responding to their inability to fulfill my order on time, which I appreciate. But I was still late to my meeting as a result. Though circumstances made their inability to fulfill my order on time inevitable, I would have appreciated knowledge about this because I would have just cancelled my order.

Satisfied. This was my first purchase. I ordered (via the app) the Peanut Butter açaí bowl. I didn’t realize the peanut butter was blended into the açaí as I was expecting it to be on top. The girl explained how it was blended but then offered me some peanut butter topping. Very nice. I will definitely be going back.

My bowl was not ready on time. The people working seemed very frazzled and disorganized I saw them mess up the order of the reciepts. I don't know if they need more staff or a better organizational system when they are busy but this is the second time I've seen this issue.

I ordered 5 PB Acai bowls all with protein 1 of them added blueberries and double protein. the fruit on them were fresh the bowls were good. I wish I could have tasted the peanut butter and protein. I will try your store again when I am in the neighborhood to give it another shot. I ordered online that went smooth and the customer service was GREAT!

Your customer service is great- just one suggestion, for the acai bowl I am getting less and less fruit. In my last order, there were 3 little tiny bits of strawberry, a few tiny bits of green apple. Please add a reasonable amount of fruit to the bowl. Thanks.

Love the wellness shots, bowls and protein shakes!

This is my new favorite place during the week. Between the peanut butter bowl with the pb drizzle or the green apple detox juice I couldn’t come here more. The staff is so friendly, the on site manager is the nicest person I’ve ever met and even though it’s clearly a popular place, my order is always coming out quick & exactly how I ordered it. This team is the best!

Nekter Juice Bar in Mission Valley delivers excellent service and top-notch juices and açaí bowls and smoothies. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming, and the staff is super chill friendly. It's the perfect spot for a refreshing and healthy treat! Highly recommended.

We got two pb&j bowls. The bowls were delicious as always, may ask for extra peanut butter next time. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I come to this location every time I’m in town

I did a mobile order and when I arrived it was completed and waiting on the counter. I was greeted with respect. The order was perfect, very well done and appetizing. Very delicious and I can't wait to get another bowl!

I ordered my peanut butter bowl at about 8:10 and walked in to pick it up at 8:20. Its a great lunch option!

It was an overall good experience. I placed my order on the app, and the drink was ready for pickup. The staff member communicated that he was working on my Acai bowl, made it, and got it to me in a few minutes. The staff was prompt, communicative, and working hard when I was in the store. However, I recommend speaking to the property management company for the plaza, as the trash cans in front of Nekter and the UPS store were overflowing, making the entrance look messy and unkempt.
