I just got braces yesterday so its a bit harder for me to eat. I asked for granola on the side of my bowl but it came on top still. I had to take the toppings off my bowl so I could scrape the granola off :’( Still good tho lol just that. Would’ve appreciated it on the side like I asked

Everyone is great! My food is usually a 10 . I order a bowl today apple was brown, banana was brown as well. I was on lunch. Did not have time to return or exchange it. There’s a first time for everything. I spent over $20.

I ordered a build your own bowl and selected banana, green apple, and blueberries as my three free toppings. I used a promo code to add strawberries for free. They forgot to include my bananas :(

We ordered ahead and our bowls weren't ready in the timeframe given (we were definitely prioritized behind people who ordered at the counter, even after checking in). I also paid for extra toppings on my bowl that I didn't get, but they were so busy and clearly overwhelmed that I didn't feel comfortable asking them to correct it. Everyone was friendly and apologetic but they did seem understaffed and struggling.

Best açaí bowl I’ve ever had. The bananas were cut perfectly unlike other places that give you huge slices. Perfection in every bite!

All I can say is… WOW!!!😱 What great customer service Nekter employees have! I went in on Saturday last weekend and Addison was so helpful recommending me the protein power bowl. It was made to perfection in an astonishingly timely manner.🤗 So tasty!😋
