Great customer service, helpful! The smoothie bowls were made quickly just as ordered and were delicious! The best smoothie bowls in town!!!

I love nektar juice, they top jamba juice and other smoothie places. I order the cold brew everytime. Literally the best coffee smoothie ever!!

Love my smoothies at Nekter! I always get the Tropical Cooler. The staff are very friendly!

Overall good, love all of the smoothies and bowls I’ve tried so far, always fresh and delicious, great presentation! My kids and husband love the bowls and smoothies too, love the protein options. The downside is that the staff seems young and does not have any urgency to engage or make eye contact when you enter. Ive stood at counter for several minutes each time Ive come in, there is a person right there but will not acknowledge anyone to say “be right with you” etc. As much as I love the smoothies and bowls can see myself not returning as often as it’s just awkward and uncomfortable, the vibe is that you are bothering them.

It was a ok experience. I really enjoyed the smoothie. However I originally wanted a juice but they couldn’t make them. The staff where ok in terms of service. But I would go back

Smoothie was delicious

Mobile ordered for a smoothie and as I walked up to pick up my order, it was the wrong size. The gals accommodated and got my correct size in order out as soon as possible and was sure to share an apology for the longer wait time.

Excellent smoothie, that was not too heavy for lunch, but satisfying and filling.

ONE STAR FOR THE SERVICE The only reason I gave two stars is because the smoothies are so good, but I always come away feeling slightly negative at the least from my visit. They never greet you no matter how many people are or aren't there, your mobile order is always minimum ten minutes late; And if they have any sort of line it's like the employees lose all their manners. They really need a good manager to make sure the (very, very young) employees treat the customers better.

Smoothie was not well blended.

Despite ordering ahead on the app we had to wait 15 mins after the indicated time to pick them up. Love Nekter but with two little kids waiting of smoothies it was not a great experience.

I got a bowl but it was filled a fourth of the way with the smoothie/bowl part then the other half or the fourth was filled but the topping I had more topping then smoothie.

Grab n go as well as smoothies are always the best from Nekter in Folsom!
