The service and products from Nekter are always excellent! The employees know me by first name and they even know my order. They are friendly, efficient and get my order right every time. This is a hard-working group of young people that go out of their way to deliver excellence. Glad to know Customer Service is alive and well at Nekter! Well done Nekter management for hiring and retaining such qualified staff and for serving high-quality products. I primarily get the protein power bowl or the health nut smoothie. I have referred several people that are now frequent customers. I love the reward system of accumulating points to redeem later. I also love when you feature specials such as today. I got a buy one bowl and get one half off special. Very good business model!

I love my local Nekter -- it's one of the few businesses where I always get speedy & professional service, and my smoothies are always consistent and delicious. Whatever you're all doing over there, whether it's hiring people who care and like working there, and who are friendly and professional, please keep doing it! There are so many other businesses where the 1:1 customer contact & service has gone completely down hill and it's made me not go to them anymore. Nekter doesn't have that problem so thank you and please keep it up!

Love the wide selection of menu options! I have tried their smoothies, açaí bowls, and juices. All are delicious! The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful if you have any questions about their menu items. I appreciate the great customer service!
A few days ago, my family and I made a quick trip here. We walked in, and there were two people working. One of the employees acknowledged us and asked us to order on the app because they were so busy. We had a decent sized order (5 smoothies), so it took us some time to get our order in on the app. We were still standing there when another group walked in. The employee proceeded to help the people who walked in behind us. I told her we hadn't even gotten our order in. She shrugged us off and helped the people behind us. I mentioned the app wasn't taking our payment, and then she finally helped us. It would have been better if she had just told us to wait five minutes, then she could help us. It took about 30 minutes in total to get our smoothies. I understand places get busy. I just think they need a better system for handling it and not refer people to order on the app when they come in.

I think I recieved the wrong smoothie. I ordered a passion pitaya smoothie but it tasted like lemon. Not as good as I hoped.

I've ordered at this location multiple times but I find the quality inconsistent for the price. At times, the bowls are spot on while other times they're bland. I'm going to try a new smoothie/bowl place in the future for my acai bowls. I love the ease ordering through the app.
