My experience was ok. Staff was not particularly friendly but more than that I ordered 9 drinks and they weren’t labeled at all with people’s names or the drink names or with whey protein for example. Everyone had to guess which drink was whose. You can do better.

I placed an order on the app at 7 AM. It’s now 11 AM and my points have not shown up in my account yet they are all at the desk wasn’t really helpful in explaining what was going on. She said it could take up to a day, but she didn’t sound sure, so it’s just not reassuring that they know what they’re talking about.
