I placed an online order. I came for my pick up time which was estimated to be 25 minutes. I came and still had to wait almost 40 minutes for 2 bowls to be made. The staff did not acknowledge me for several minutes, did not acknowledge or apologize for the wait. They continued to make orders for people walking in even though we had waited nearly an hour already.

Ordering on the app was easy and service in the store was quick. I did have to remind the worker about one item missing but it was ready and she quickly got it for me.

I ordered the Berry Banana Burst and liked the customizations I made — and it was berry on point! 😄 Everything came out exactly how I ordered it, and for someone as picky as me, actually finishing a drink is a big deal.
