My order was correct and the smoothie was delicious; however, there was a customer service miss made that should be avoided in the future. I placed an order online for 1:15 p/u. I arrived at the store at 1:05, the young lady behind the counter told me that the gentleman was still making my drink. OK, I said to her "no problem, I'm a little early". When the drink maker brought the drink over about 8 minutes later, I approached him as though it was mine (coincidentally the same drink) he said no this isn't yours, yours is right here already in the chiller - which was a slightly different color since I added blueberries. So in fact, my drink was already made and waiting when I arrived, so I actually could have been handed my drink at 1:05. So please be sure to remind all of the counter people to double-check to see if the online item has not been placed in the chiller prior before saying anything. Thank you for asking.

I waited longer than usual. One guy was working hard with blenders and ignored me when he stopped. The other guy, a cashier, took care of new orders as they walked in and again, he rudely ignored me too.

Everyone was nice, did an online order for a 4 day cleanse and my order was ready and on time. However there were no instructions on when to drink each bottle and the workers didn’t seem to have a clear answer. The bottles weren’t numbered but the worker was nice enough to help write it down for me. I watched some YouTube videos on the cleanse and they all had the info on when to drink the juices (they all said every 2 hours) so I wonder where they got that info. Their bottles were also numbered with a sticker too. Overall I’m satisfied with the experience and will be back depending on how I like the juices and the cleanse, just wish I had more info on the actual cleanse like a pamphlet without having to search it up.

Astonishingly high price for what you get. If it weren’t for promos, I would never go. 10 dollars for a smoothie I could make for 1 dollar at home. Yay for convenience of being across the street. Very tasty though
