I love Nekter, however this location continues to mess up my order. I request and pay for additional/extra topping that I don’t get. Often miss my chia seed vanilla pudding & pop chips. Sometimes the fruit isn’t fresh. It’s not complicated to follow instructions. My bag for delivery is never sealed & have no tamper resistance. Anyone can open my bowel. Please do better!!
Their customers service is great. They call me by my first name when I come in…. Maybe because I order online after my workout everyday and it’s the same health nut protein smoothie 😁.
I definitely would hold them over Robeks. And Robeks was my go to for 5 plus years.
