My complain is one of the drinks had ginger, was way too strong for my son and we didn't enjoy the drink. Don't put something in the drink if not part of the original ingredients nor an add on.
I wonder if it's because no tip was given.

Never greeted when I walk in, always have to stand awkwardly by the pick up area until finally someone comes over even if there is no other customers. Place the order ahead of time and most of the time it’s not ready even though and estimated time is given.
