Online ordering could be better. There aren’t specific options you can ask for over the phone or in person….like adding blueberries as a topping or adding spinach to an açaí bowl…..Thank you!

I placed my order ahead of time and I showed up exactly when it was supposed to be ready. After standing at the pick up counter for a minute and being ignored, someone finally asked me if I had a pick-up. I told them my name and they looked around behind the counter. It turns out they had not even started making it. Thankfully, it didn't take long for them to prepare it, but I got the feeling that they were very disinterested in helping me. Also, there was only one customer in the store when I arrived so they were not overly busy.

Good just that I would like every item to be handed to me rather than having to search for it in the fridge as I expect it to be ready because it’s a pick up and I am on the go

My first time ordering and it was actually closed when I went to pick up. The girl that was waiting asked me for my order and kept giving me ETAs for the person to unlock the place. As soon as it was open, she worked on my order asap and didn’t wait more than 2 mins.
