This location is still the same poor customer service.I placed an order ahead for pick up and I stood there for more than 10 minutes before the team member approached me, she could have simply greeted me and hand me my drink while the customer still deciding what drink to order, another customer stood next to me and made a comment how it’s always bad

The bowls have been more liquidy than thick lately. Not sure why but my family prefers them thicker. It makes them easier to eat. This location is great otherwise!

Ordered a bowl through door dash and it came to me EXTRA COLD with love. So refreshing every time I eat an açaí bowl. Best bang for your buck compared to other shops selling similar things. This place never disappoints. 🔥🔥🔥

ordered online and it said it’d be ready 1225pm but i got there 1237 and it wasn’t ready. it didn’t seem super busy and i was in a rush so i wish the app would be more accurate about how long the order will take.
