The shop, beverage, and customer service were great. However, I was concerned about approaching the store entrance as there appeared to be two housing insecure individuals in front of it. I know that is out of the control of the company, but something to be mindful of for not only the safety of your customers, but your employees. It was earlier in the day and it appeared there was only one employee there. If it were me, I’d be uneasy being there alone (if she was in fact alone).

Love Nekter! Used to go to many locations in OC. Now that I'm in LA, very sad that the Santa Monica location closed though. Please consider opening another location in the west LA area because Redondo Beach and Rolling Hills locations are quite out of the way.

Placed online order, 1 smoothie, 1 toxin flush - extra lemon & extra ginger. The toxin flush was overlooked/ forgotten? After inquiring as to the status of drink , it was quickly made, although the taste was very bland. The extras were definitely overlooked. It is the inconsistency that keeps me away. I came home and juiced lemon & ginger to add
