Everything was good including the product. Only complaint would be that when blending the Acai mix with bananas there are always frozen bananas still not blended in the mix. Big chunks and sometimes full slices of still frozen banana.

The new app makes the customer experience worse when using your rewards in the restaurant. It used to be a a very fast process maybe 2 taps and you’re you’re done when using your points at the register now it takes longer.

The two guys working at Nekter were awesome. My 12 year old daughter had trouble with the new app (it is terrible by the way - adding toppings is a convoluted process that requires checking a box for the topping then scrolling down and selecting the topping. It causes issues with the list closing). She missed a topping and the guys were so kind and fixed the order.

The Torrance store is amazing and has the best customer service! They are always friendly and extremely helpful. I have yet to have a bad or even mediocre experience at that location. It's hard to find good help these days and all of the staff at that location is great!!!!
