Reliable juice and smoothie bar. And acai bowls!

I order often and love the bowls and juices. Ordered a large greenie and a bowl to go. The greenie tasted awful, almost like broccoli was in it. Not sure if it was bad so I tossed it. I’m sure if I went back, it would have been replaced but it wasn’t convenient for me.

Love the quality of the shakes and bowls!

Hardly any fruit, Paid for extra berries and received maybe six blueberries. Ordered Pitaya inside and didn’t receive that either. Very disappointed. You guys need to Check out Northside shack in San Diego so you can see how to make a açaí bowl….

This is the 2nd time my order has been given to me wrong. This time I was given the immunity bowl without chia pudding.

Typically my order is always accurate which is why this place is my favorite. However the last few times I’ve gone my bowl has tasted very different each time. Once I had too much Acai the bowl was so purple and incredibly sweet it was a bit hard to eat. It’s just these few times they usually always get it right!

I usually pre-order my bowl about 15 minutes before pick up, but have to give it almost 20 minutes to be ready - it’s because there’s a higher volume of orders early in the morning I think. Would be great if maybe there were more than 1-2 people making the orders in the mornings. Otherwise a very clean, pleasant experience!

Great experience. Acai bowl is not sweet at all, very tart. Acai is very watery.

It was fast , friendly and convenient. For the first time In a long time the base of my smoothie bowl was decadent. Previous experience triggered me to stray away due to the exaggerated amount of ice that would be added into the smoothies/bowls. But not today!

Very rude service (the young girl), she should not be working there if she hates customers. Ordered an açaí bowl without granola and I got barely half a bowl. When asked why is it this small? Was told in a rude manner with rolling eyes that I asked without granola. I don’t expect to get a half bowl of plain granola when I order an açaí bowl for $10. I buy smoothies and açaí bowls almost daily. Would not recommend this place. Better going to Whole Foods next door.

I’ve gotten Nekter from multiple locations. I pre ordered through the app. When I picked up the bowl was not full and didn’t seem like previous bowls. I won’t pre order again.

My order wasn’t correct. I had paid for berries to be added to the mango açaí bowl and there were only 2-3 slices of strawberries. Also, not clear if there should have been any chunks of mango in the bowl but there weren’t any of those either

Went here to try the acai bowl and I have to say it was pretty bad. The acai was very bland with little to no flavor. Most of the flavor came from the fruits and honey on top. Might as well call this the strawberry banana honey bowl. Good presentation but the execution in taste was disappointing.
