I love this place, the juices and cleanses are great! They also have a great variety of smoothies and snacks. I just wish they had a better rewards plan and that the user interface on their app was a little better, other than I love Nekter.

App doesn’t work anymore. They couldn’t figure out how to get my points on the app after i spent $35 on celery juice.

Hi, We're sorry for the frustration with the app. Our team did ask to scan your rewards app before completing the order, as the new update in May made receipt scanning unreliable. We want to make sure guests get their points, but unfortunately app and rewards issues are handled by Nékter corporate team at [email protected]. Great Customer Service- I ordered online and called the Store to make changes since I could not modify my order online. They were very pleasant and made my order as requested.
