I love this place! Anytime my little one gets sick, or there's something going around, I always get us a juice similar to their immune shots and they help each & every single time! I don't think I've ever been here & had bad customer service. The girls are always so sweet & kind. I highly recommend!

I had a really disappointing experience at this place. The customer service was unprofessional, and the attitude toward us was noticeably negative. What stood out even more was how differently they treated another customer right after. Smiling, laughing, and being extremely friendly, but only toward someone who matched their own ethnic background. It felt disrespectful and discriminatory.
Because of this, I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be sharing my experience with others. If you can only be warm and welcoming to people from your own background, customer service might not be the right job for you.
