I placed my order on my app. I was a little irritated that the soonest I could get my order was 30 according to the app. I will say once I placed my order it switched to a 20 minute wait. Which is still longer than I hope for but today I’ll take it over 30 minutes.

Everyone is always nice when I come in. The only problem was, this is the first time I have ordered off the app and didn’t realize I had to scan at the register to get my reward points. I did not receive a receipt with a barcode so missed out on $87 worth of points. Wish I had known this or that the app would apply the rewards to the account.

I always love my experience at Nekter (Sparks Crossing location). The acai bowls and smoothies are always delicious, and the service is always great! The prices are a little high, but the promotions that are offered make the pricing very reasonable.
