Went an hour before close and the girls seemed annoyed. Got a superfood bowl and was missing the cocoa nibs. I usually love going in and getting a bowl but the service was not good.

The bowls were good, ordered online. Automatically split my order and charged me $2.50. People in store kind of blah. Didn’t get me or really talk to me. Not really worth the trouble.

I would like to first say that I love Nektar as a company and have frequented their various locations. This was first at the Sparks location.
I ordered a customized açaí bowl and my mom order a smoothie. She got her smoothie quickly and I waited for a least 15 minutes as I watched 3 people walk in order and receive their smoothies promptly. I thought perhaps the bowls take longer so I was willing to wait. However, no one person asked “are you waiting for something” after seeing me standing there for a long time or offer some kind of greeting. I was clearly waiting and it was getting awkward so I politely asked about my bowl. It was only then they looked in the fridge to see it placed as a pick up order. If I hadn’t asked I wonder how long they would have allowed me to stand there.
On top of that two of my ingredients were missing on my custom order. This was very disappointing after looking forward to a favorite of mine.
