Amazing! I have zero complaints. I ordered online and by the time I got there I went in early and it was ready! The girl was super nice and the process was fast and painless. My smoothie was also delicious

I ordered via the app. Ordered a bowl with "almond butter inside" as an extra. Upon arrival to the store the almond butter was placed on top even though I verified I clicked the correct option. On the receipt/order it only says "almond butter" so the employee assumed just on top. There needs to be a very obvious wording on the order receipt specifying on top/inside. They offered to correct it but I didn't want to waste food.

Your app & website are having issues. I have placed 3 online orders in the last couple of weeks that have been "lost". One of the reasons I come to you is for the ease of online ordering. But, since your system is unreliable, I'll go elsewhere until you all figure it out.

When I went in to pickup my order placed through the app, I didn’t even have to say what name the order was under (that’s how much I go to Nekter lol!). But it was nice to know that the employees note this and remember their regulars :-)
