I always enjoy coming in. The staff is always friendly and willing to make adjustments to my order depending upon my ever changing mood for the day 😅. The store is always clean and welcoming. The quality of drink is awesome. That's why I'm willing to pay a little extra to treat myself.

Was not greeted upon walking in and this person who gave me my drink had an unpleasant look on her face when I requested my pick up. No customer service at all, so I grabbed my drink and left without saying thank you. I was a bit flustered. I’ve worked customer service for years and every customer should be greeted with a smile!
The drink was great, and was done before the said pick up time. Just not so great on the customer service.
