Great. The app needs to be fixed. When I order a bowl and say I want agave it won’t let me end the order until I click the box no agave. So my order will say extra agave and no agave.

Nekter typically forgets the agave on the side for every bowl and it can get confusing in the app when we select agave on the side and granola on the side and then it comes with none.

My experience today was exceptional because of the greeting I had from staff and follow through with my order.
I ordered from app and came in for pick up. Not finding order in the bin she looked and said let me double check this for you. I noticed on my phone I mistakenly did not finish the pay transaction. I let her know this and she remained present and warm. What was exceptional about this instant was she was not dismissive - it was very gracious and kind. Sometimes its the small things.
