To be honest I ordered ahead of time on the app for an easy pick up. When I arrived I customer had come in who did not make a purchase, but had the same name as my last name and was able to pick up my order without having paid for that order. This could’ve made for a really terrible experience, but the two girls working were lovely they began remaking my drinks very quickly and they were so kind and so sweet that’s a great team and great customer service thank you

The consistency of the bowls change every single time. Sometimes I get a great thick bowl and sometimes I get a liquid smoothie bowl which doesn’t taste good at that point I just rather get a smoothie.
