Atmosphere is fine, just extremely loud machines

You have quality tood for a solid price, and you are all very welcoming.

I normally don’t have this type of experience at this location, but in this instance, it was very disappointing. The staff took significant time to even acknowledge that I was waiting for pickup (as with another customer next to me), then, when I was finally attended, the staff member who attended me seemed completely disinterested like she was inconvenienced to retrieve my order. Afterwards, I smiled and thanked her, only for her to nod and walk away without saying a word. I’m used to seeing a more active and engaging staff whenever I visit.
