I ordered a couple of fresh large juices with ice and I was pleasantly surprised to find the rest of my large juice in a separate cup, instead of loosing the juice to make room for the ice they add it to a small cup and put it in my bag. Great customer service!

My experience was good. Didn’t have any issues. The only thing I notice is the juices never taste the same depending on who making them. That is my only issue I’ve ever had lately.

I feel for the amount of money your drinks are priced at the drinks should be filled to the top and be consistent in taste. I’ve had too many drinks that don’t ever taste the same each time I get them and I pretty much order the same drinks. I also don’t appreciate getting 3/4 of a drink because the drinks don’t get strained and it’s foam at the top. I’d be happy if staff is trained on how to correctly make a juice. And recipes stay consistent.

Smoothie and juices were great and ready upon arrival.
However no one was behind the counter at first, two kids peeled out the window of the door leading to the back before coming out. Maybe said two sentences to me, one of which directing me to a prepackaged bag of juices for part of my order. Then basically started heading to the back room the second she said that. Meh.
I like Nekter but those kids…not so much
