I have the app and ordered cleanse on Saturday 1/8/22 for pickup on Sunday 1/9/22 at 4pm. I received a phone call at 3:34pm on 1/9/22 while I was on my way to pick up my order that it would not be ready until 12pm Monday 1/10/22. This was a huge inconvenience because I live in Casa Grande which is 32 miles away and I wanted to start my cleanse on Monday. I have never been to this location, I usually go to The Plant in Gilbert. The girl that helped me was rude and short when I was asking her questions. She looked at my clothes up and down as if she was judging me (I was in sweatpants and a t-shirt, a full time Mom). I not only purchased a 3 day cleanse for myself but I purchased an additional 1 day cleanse for my daughter in store. I will never go back to that location because of the poor customer service. The only reason I went there is because The Plant location did not have ready until few days after. Even after I was treated rudely, I left a 20% tip. I have been doing the Nekter cleanse for 5 years now, twice a year, that is why I would recommend this cleanse to others. It makes me feel great and resets my body so I can get a jumpstart on clean eating.

Smoothie was great and employee was friendly. I wish I could use multiple gift cards to pay on your app. I have a bunch of them with small balances. That’s my only frustration with Nekter.

One of our bowls was full as usual and unfortunately the other bowl was only about half full?? Very strange considering we have ordered these at least 50+ times and they have always been full. Might be worth addressing with the staff.
