Nekter has become very impersonal. There is no genuine greeting. The workers are very dismissive of customers.
Hope nekter can take some notes from Starbucks, In n out customer service playbooks.

Amazing! Both employees 11/26 - 8:30 am were great. Specifically, blonde who handed my mobile order was helpful and kind. My items are prepared deliciously.
