Ordered ahead and when we came to pick it up at the estimated time, no one greeted us. After standing at the pickup counter for 5 minutes we assumed that the drinks were not ready and sat at the table closest to the pickup counter. It was another 10 minutes before someone asked if we were there for a pickup order and when I gave my name they pulled out a drink that had been ready the whole time. Unfortunately, only one of the two drinks was made though and we had to wait for the other drink to be made.

Horrendous customer service. Walked in the store waited at counter for 5 mins and everyone was in the back not realizing there’s a customer waiting.
The bowls are getting smaller as prices go up! I get it but they are not even filling the bowl now with prices now $11.55 from 9.75

Fantastic. Your smoothies are the best! We like to enjoy them as a dinner during the summer. It would be wonderful if you were open till 7pm!!

Excellent and tasty smoothie! Consistency was what I like, not watered down like many smoothie shops. Very friendly service and a clean establishment. There are many smoothie options in the area, this one I highly recommended.

Very friendly workers. Placed smoothie order on the drive to the shop. Was ready upon arrival. Nice thicker consistency, I don't like watery smoothies. I probably will go with an option on your menu next time. My make your own was still very good.

My only suggestion is that if you are "slammed" with orders that conversation between workers stops (unless order related) giving full focus to getting orders done. The lead worker was very good about offering to bring my order to me in my car since I had my dog, which I appreciated very much. It also was about 11 am which I am sure is a very busy part of the day. All in all I have had very good service here.
