It would be nice when placing an order over the phone for it to be ready when the employee says its going to be. The employee states the order will be ready in 15 to 25 mins. I arrive 20 minutes after placing my call/ ordering. I have to wait another 10 to 15 in store while they make my order.

Only complaint was trying to call the in to make a change on my mobile order. No answer trying multiple times!

It's good that PB and j chia parfait finally available to order on the app but that took awhile to happen Pumpkin chia not on the app yet though so would be good to have that on app at same time it's announced in stores

I love Nekter! I just had a bad experience last time I went. I placed a mobile order and it wasn’t ready when I arrived which wasn’t too big of a deal. After my food was made I was never made aware of it, although I had announced I was there and I spent over half an hour waiting to get my food and running late because of it. The bowl was yummy, just didn’t have the time to eat it right away.

Watching workers walk around and not say welcome in or offer help was a little off putting. Great smoothies and bowls. It would be nice to have access to napkins or at least be offered one.

I understand that some of the employees are preparing drinks and some are doing the service, but I feel strange to wait or someone walks around doing other things and does not even acknowledge or help you. Also, can you make napkins easier to get?! They’re not going to be out for people to help themselves, please have your employees ask if people need a straw and napkin

So sweet - I work next door to the LO location and my smoothie wasn't ready when I stopped by so the guy working offered to bring it over to me when it was ready. Above and beyond!
