I made an online order through the app for a banana berry bowl that said it would be ready in 15mins. I showed up and waited while the employee was in the back chatting. When she finally came out and greeted me, she asked for my name and when I gave it to her she had not even started making my order yet. She scattered and started making it after I got there way after the time it said it would be ready. Not sure why even go through the trouble of using the app if it would’ve been the same thing to walk in the store and order in person.

Ordered, drove to the location and parked to find out they were closed. I drove far. Next day I come to get my smoothie to find out it’s not really a smoothie it’s chia seed pudding that won’t come through a straw and I don’t have a spoon on my hour long drive. I also requested no granola because I can’t eat oatmeal but it was full of granola. How do you even get granola through a straw?
