Wasn't great and it's all good. Our order was placed through the app and then made and put in a refrigerator (we were in the store). Of the 4 people in the front of the house, no one asked if we were waiting on anything, even as others came and went. We waited approximately 15 minutes or so, then a nice gentleman (5th) asked if we needed help, found our stuff, and we were able to leave. Thank you cool dude for helping and explaining my drink to me, too, to ensure I was satisfied with my order. Your customer service shone brightly in light of 4 others ignoring us and never bothering with a "hello"- usually not that unfriendly in the store. Poo poo does occur- hope everyone managed to have a nice Friday.

I truly enjoy Nektar. I've been many times, but this is the first time I've left a review because it wasn't a very good experience. Sorry. A 16 dollar tip after being ignored for almost 10 minutes while 5 people worked on one maybe two smoothies, one answered a phone after it rang several minutes into me having been waiting to be helped, and the two just going back into the back? It's pretty bad. Maybe it was just an off day, but I can't bring myself to ever tip again, and I love to do it. But not for paying 60 plus dollars to be ignored. :(

I love the bowls and smoothies, but I'm guessing maybe the people who work here are new or younger. They didn't acknowledge me at all. There was 5 of them just kind of talking working on 1 smoothie. They even answered a phone. I always leave a high tip, but maybe I need to stop doing so. It used to be for service, but this just isn't worth it anymore. Not for this. Oh, and I'm still waiting to be helped.
