My smoothie wasn’t blended. The staff wasn’t helpful.

Everyone was friendly and nice. No major issues besides my smoothie bowl was just very chocolatey. To much Chocolate!

I am a regular customer at this location. I visited the store today and ordered a strawberry banana protein smoothie. As I left, I noticed that the smoothie tasted a little more powdery than usual. So, I went back to the location to request a remake. However, I was told that they couldn't remake the smoothie for me. I am disappointed because I frequently spend my money here as I work in the area. In my opinion, if a smoothie doesn't taste good, it should be remade without any issue. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the smoothie before leaving the store.

Hi, I love Nektar. I only have two things that I would like to provide feedback on: 1 - consistency. I order the same thing all the time. Sometimes my bowls and my smoothies will be different and that's a little disappointing. Because I love the items, I want them to be the same everytime. 2. ordering online. One of my favorite items does not have the option of adding agave so i have to call and add it each time after I place the online order. if would be great to have the option of adding it online. Thank you.

I enjoyed my experience with Nekter overall. My drink was made a few minutes ahead of my scheduled pickup time and was waiting in the fridge. The employee didn’t greet me when I entered, but she was kind and attentive once she was finished making another customer’s smoothie and informed me the drink was in the fridge. Plan to buy another juice from Nekter in the future.

Loved it. Staff is always friendly and attentive and smoothies are made to my liking. As well as the magic butterfly lemonade, which is my favorite in town.
