I love coming to Nektar and getting a smoothie bowl and the flavor was immaculate and attention to detail for the fruit and flavor is amazing

Overall it was good. The girls working were helpful when I visited the first time to direct me towards some options. I tried the waffles the first time I was there and was not impressed. They were soggy. I'm not sure how you prepare these, but I feel they would be much tastier if they were crispy. Are you able to toast them rather than microwave them? If they were crispy, I'd definitely try them again. As it is, I have no intention of eating those again. Smoothies have been good, as long as they are mixed well. Its difficult to get chunks of banana up a straw.

Bowl and smoothie were good. Service/timing was a little slower than anticipated.

Staff is rude. They have this very uppity attitude. They dont greet you. They don't even call your name when theyre done making your smoothie. They roll their eyes at you when they think you'renot paying attention. Just overall horrible customer service. Prices are also high for the product you get. My smoothie wasn't even completely blended, nor was it full. If I could give zero stars, I would. There are much better places out there than this one, i'd suggest another business. One that actually values their customers. 0/10 would not recommend.

My experience was okay, but not great. When I arrived to pick up my order, no one greeted me. I noticed my smoothie was sitting in the cooler, but it was sticky and leaking from the sides, which got on my hands. It was strange because the smoothie wasn’t even filled to the top, so the mess must have happened while it was being poured up. I had to grab some napkins to clean it off before I could leave. Even then, no one acknowledged me the entire time. There were two other customers in the shop, so maybe that’s why. But overall, the service felt impersonal. Also the smoothie had a few chucks of fruit. It needed about 30 more seconds for it to be smooth. The smoothie did taste delicious.

My experience was great. I ordered online and when I got there a few minutes later, it was waiting for me. The only thing I don't like about my smoothie is that it's seedy and powdery. I really enjoy the bowls, however. I might visit more if they were a little less pricey. Thank you.
