Nectar is “okay”. Used to be my favorite but lately I’ve had orders messed up and really horrible customer service. People working there are there to be helpful and kind, and to serve. not irritated like I’m interrupting their day. Also, if you mess up an order, it’s your job to fix it, even if it’s been a few hours. If a customer has held on to an item unable to eat it, it’s because it’s bad, your mistake, you can’t blame them to tasting something they bought. I was told it was “like buying a candy and eating it and saying I wanted a new one”. Hope this girl is taught how food service works. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. Aside from this, when you make it right, it’s amazing.
