I am a regular customer at this location. I visited the store today and ordered a strawberry banana protein smoothie. As I left, I noticed that the smoothie tasted a little more powdery than usual. So, I went back to the location to request a remake. However, I was told that they couldn't remake the smoothie for me. I am disappointed because I frequently spend my money here as I work in the area. In my opinion, if a smoothie doesn't taste good, it should be remade without any issue. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the smoothie before leaving the store.
I got a greenie with my order this last time and it tasted so terribly off. I’ve never had one this bad before. Off is the best way to describe it.

My experience was excellent! I ordered ahead and it took me longer to get there than I’d anticipated. I was so grateful to find my juice and bowl in the fridge when I got there to pick it up. I also got ice in my juice and I so appreciate that you put the juice that doesn’t fit in the cup due to ice in another small cup so I don’t get shorted juice. Thank you for thinking of the small things!

I love Nektar. I only have two things that I would like to provide feedback on:
1 - consistency. I order the same thing all the time. Sometimes my bowls and my smoothies will be different and that's a little disappointing. Because I love the items, I want them to be the same everytime.
2. ordering online. One of my favorite items does not have the option of adding agave so i have to call and add it each time after I place the online order. if would be great to have the option of adding it online.

One of the drinks I ordered was completely green. I specified green apples but there was red in the drink leaving me to believe red apples were used. The other drink I ordered was supposed to have extra ginger but I couldn't taste any.
