The ease of ordering online was great! The expected time for my order was great! After pulling up to the storefront, I noticed no one was visible inside working. After a few minutes, I walked in and stood for another 2 minutes and heard noise in the back but never saw an employee. I opened the fridge, got my order myself and walked out without any acknowledgment. I then sat in my car in front of the storefront for an additional 4 minutes and never saw anyone working in the location. It’s a great product but I have had this same experience two times prior.

This location is not consistent. Sometimes the smoothies are phenomenal and then other times there are errors or it just doesn't taste the same and I get the same thing ALL OF THE TIME.

My Mango bowl tasted significantly different today. I chalked it up to a 'meh' day for the girl making my order. As I'm eating it, there's a HUGE chunk of banana unblended in my bowl.. so not only was my bowl unfinished but this can only make me believe it wasn't prepared correctly because it taste so different. Also, the ginger shots taste and color have changed. They're now pink and don't taste nearly as 'gingery'. Maybe more training needs to be done with her for quality control because it's slipping and FAST.

I really love this place, however I have just one complaint; please be sure that the workers post attention to the request instead of just making a bowl. I asked for no chia seeds and no cocoa nibs but there is one worker that always either ignores or does not pay attention… I pic up my bowl and there are chia seeds and cocoa nibs and no extra agave as requested. That frustrates me but I don’t say anything because I don’t want ur business to take a hit.

the servings are getting smaller and smaller- this time my "bowl" was barely 1/2 filled.... super disappointing to pay so much and receive a 1/2 full product. I love the bowls but dang 'shrinkflation' is hitting here
