Very awkward and impersonal... I came in to pick up a juice I had ordered and nobody came out from the back. I had never ordered on the app before so I was confused about what to do. Eventually, I guessed the fridge in the main area could be where I should look, and I was right. I left without ever seeing a worker. My juice also seemed thrown together, there were pieces of kale on the lid. Lee's Summit doesn't have any other juice places, so I was bummed by my experience!

My experience was excellent! I ordered ahead and it took me longer to get there than I’d anticipated. I was so grateful to find my juice and bowl in the fridge when I got there to pick it up. I also got ice in my juice and I so appreciate that you put the juice that doesn’t fit in the cup due to ice in another small cup so I don’t get shorted juice. Thank you for thinking of the small things!

I enjoyed my experience with Nekter overall. My drink was made a few minutes ahead of my scheduled pickup time and was waiting in the fridge. The employee didn’t greet me when I entered, but she was kind and attentive once she was finished making another customer’s smoothie and informed me the drink was in the fridge. Plan to buy another juice from Nekter in the future.
