It was very annoying. I placed an online order at 9:33 am for a bowl and a smoothie. Projected ready at 9:48. I arrived at 9:51. I waited until 10:22 to get the it. I didn’t have that much time. That has happened before, too.

We love Nekter. Love the food and The app is easy to use. Rewards stack quickly too. Our experience yesterday was not normal but our daughter’s bowl was completely wrong and she didn’t eat it. We ordered 2 pB&j and 1 peanut butter; got 3 pB&j. She didn’t like the chia pudding.

They were great. I needed the fruit cut up for my daughter’s smoothie bowl and they had no problem doing that.

My wife and I came here and left very disappointed. My wife got a blueberry banana smoothie that has zero flavor and I got a mango bowl. The issue is that the bowl base I got was an overly icy smoothie that had melted. So it was pretty soupy and it made the granola a bit soggy. Overall the quality, amount of fruit they give you and the price you pay for it is not worth it to go here.

I tried for the first time today! It was pretty good other than when I got to the bottom of my bowl there was a big piece of banana that didn’t get blended with the rest of the bowl. Hopefully this doesn’t happen often!

When I moved in to the Century West Pryor apartments I started with a bowl and immediately hooked. Now I go a minimum of twice a week. I have also tried the smoothies. Excellent every time.

The 1st bowl is the one I got at the Lee's summit location the 2nd one with the coconut on top is the one from the plaza where I normally go. I always ask them to replace banana with pineapple and strawberries and THIS is what I got even after asking them to put on more fruit. She literally took it with an attitude and gave me 2 extra pineapple chunks which tasted heavily of ginger. Also the smoothie base wasn't even enough. I usually get full off these. Very disappointing. For 11 bucks.

I went two days in a row here. My son is loving it too so I gave it a try. And oh my goodness. I love the freshness of the bowls. I will definitely be going back my next trip to KC.

Wanted to love my açaí bowl but it was made incorrectly and when I called regarding the matter who I spoke with wasn’t interested in fixing it. She just told me they probably added to much liquid which isn’t helpful considering I paid for a bowl and was basically given a smoothie. Very disappointed.
